Making an omelette

test1

Making an omelette is simple! Just make an omelette. Now you can make many omelettes in one pan! This method will work with almost all brands of eggs available. Here is a list of what you should use: 1 large egg 1 large egg yolk 3 tbsp of butter 1 tbsp of sugar 6 tbsp of flour 1 1/2 tbsp of milk 6 tbsp water 6 tbsp of milk 1 tsp of vanilla 1 2 oz of butter

This omelette is not the most beautiful recipe ever, but it is easy. This is very good with fresh cheese and/or a little grated parmesan.

Ingredients

250g of cheese (I used mozzarella)

5 egg whites

2 tbsp of water

500g of flour (I used self-raising flour)

Method

1. Add cheese to a bowl, mix it up and slowly add 2 tbsp of water. This will make the cheese easier to handle. 2. Beat egg whites for 3-5 minutes, the longer they are beat, the better it is, especially for those of you who have a "fussy" egg. 3. Put flour in a mixing bowl. If your egg whites are beaten very well, you might want to skip this step. 4. Slowly add flour mixture on beaten egg whites. Add the water gradually, mixing it with a knife. 5. Add the cheese and mix it all well until well blended. I would say
