test1
Yakisoba Chicken
Soy Sauce
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Place the soy sauce into a heat safe bowl.
Pour the water and cornstarch into a pot.
Place the soy sauce sauce into the pot.
Heat the pot on medium heat until the soy sauce is fully dissolved.
Stir frequently as it is cooking.
Once the soy sauce is fully dissolved, pour the soy sauce in the pot.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the cornstarch dissolves.
The mixture should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon and should not come out of the pot with a splash.
Serve immediately over rice. It will be a nice glaze to the rice.
If using in a sandwich I suggest a bread that has been lightly toasted. I suggest some type of meat such as chicken breast.
Enjoy!!
