with your kids is a great way to get them started on the diet. You don't need to use a whole can of sweet peas for a healthy lunch. You can keep a can of sweet peas in the fridge for days.
If you use an entire can of sweet peas you can store it for up to a week. If you use a whole can of sweet peas, you can save the liquid and freeze it for up to 2 weeks. When you're finished with that can of sweet peas, you can either use it for other things or save the liquid for another meal. The liquid from the can can be used as a replacement for milk. I like to use it for other things besides milk. You don't have to add the liquid. Just use what's in there. You can use it as is on sandwiches, as a spread on bread, or on crackers. You can add more sweet peas if you want a thicker gravy. If you don't like sour cream in your mashed potatoes you can use regular cream instead. You can use a mixture of sour cream and butter as a sauce. You can use a mixture of cream and sour cream in your gravy. You'll need 1 can of sweet peas and 2 tsp of flour. If you don't have all 2 cups of flour in your pantry, buy flour and use that instead. You can also use half and half
