Black Beans and Rice

test1

Black Beans and Rice – This is one of my favorite dishes because I think it's easy to make and makes good use of the leftovers. If you want to cut the carbs, skip the beans and get a can of cooked white beans instead.

Chickpeas – If you have a can of chickpeas in your freezer, go for that. I love chickpeas and am going to give them more time because I can be a little lazy and not want to cook them, but when I have them on hand, I make a lot.

Sugar-Free Frosting

test1

Sugar-Free Frosting, 3.2 oz. (100g) or 1.4 oz (30 grams) – The first ingredient in this frosting is a mix of egg yolks and sugar. The remaining ingredients are water, cornstarch and vanilla. The butter, sugar and flour are the main ingredients in the frosting.

I used the 1.4 oz (30 grams) in my frosting recipe – the recipe calls for 1.3 oz (50 grams) of sugar. This frosting has a light consistency (not too runny) because of the sugar.
Makes: 24 cups of frosting. (I used 24 tablespoons of batter)
*I used 1.4 oz (30 grams) for mine. You can go as low as 1.2 oz (27 grams).

Sugar-Free Blueberry Coffee Cake

test1

Sugar-Free Blueberry Coffee Cake Recipe This blueberry coffee cake is light and fresh, with hints of coffee and cinnamon to bring out the flavours, and the frosting is simple yet decadent and delicious!

This cake was the result of a recipe I made back in 2010 for the Superbowl party. It was a huge hit and was one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. It was a cake I ate on occasion during the Superbowl,

Meyer Lemon Avocado Toast

Meyer Lemon Avocado Toast

The other way to get a good-looking, fresh loaf of bread is to use a bag of white flour (the kind that you use in your bagels) that has been soaked for several hours. You can then use it in many other recipes, but I just use it in my bread. For the toast, I used a mixture of the two. If you're looking for a more traditional toast, just soak the white flour for 2 hours in water, then transfer to a bowl (in a very large bowl) and add the water/flour mixture and whisk together.

Baked beans

Baked beans are a versatile part of your family's diet (see how easy it is to make), which means your kids will also enjoy eating these tasty beans. They are an easy way to help your kids start eating healthy foods. With this recipe, you get to enjoy a bean dip that you can prepare from scratch.

Eggplant Tomato Bake

test1

Eggplant Tomato Bake is a delicious combination of Eggplant, Tomatoes and Basil. I've adapted the recipe from the blog The Eggplant Lover's Cookbook.

The main ingredient is Eggplant and I've substituted it with Tomato. I'm so happy about this recipe because the Eggplant is a little more tender than my previous recipe. I'm sure that it's just because there is no oil added.

The sauce consists of Tomato paste and olive oil. I've used the Olive oil in this recipe, but you can use butter also.

I've added fresh Mozzarella, but you can also use Cheddar.

You can also find the marrakeshi in the spice section or the frozen section.
